- Total medals: 134, including 103 for Polish wines;
- Grand Gold Medals: 2;
- Gold Medals: 24;

A high score did not always mean a medal. The competition rules limit the number of medal winners to a maximum of 35% of the wines entered. This year’s line-up included wineries from Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Italy, Spain, Slovakia and even New Zealand, clearly demonstrating the international nature of the wine competition.
Two Grand Gold Medals and the most important distinctions
The highest distinctions went to two Polish wines. Muscaris from Aris Winery received 92.33 points, the title of the competition’s best wine and the title of best semi-sweet white wine. Gostart Riesling from Gostchorze Winery received the same score of 92.33 points and was named the competition’s best sparkling wine.
Other wines that received category titles included: Hibernal from Początek Winery as the best dry white wine, Solaris from St John's Winery as the best semi-dry white wine, Wino Alma czerwone wytrawne from Michel Winery and Regent from Pradoliny Wineries as the best red wines, West Pomeranian Freak Orange Cuvee from Wine & Tennis Winery as the best orange wine, Rose from Parypa Winery as the best rosé wine, and Arctic Późny Zbiór from Aris Winery as the best sweet wine.

About the competition
TUCHOVINICONTEST has been organised since 2016 as part of the Tuchovinifest festival. Wines are assessed anonymously by a jury of at least five members on a 100-point scale, after the extreme scores are discarded. The competition includes, among others, white, red, rosé, sparkling, orange and sweet wines.
We warmly congratulate all the awarded wineries and participants of the 10th edition of TUCHOVINICONTEST. The result achieved by Polish producers is another strong sign of the presence of our wines on the international competition scene.
