Winnica Michel
Michel Vineyard is located in Nowy Kamień, in the Subcarpathian region of Poland. This family estate combines local tradition with the experience gained during years of travel to Bordeaux and Margaux, where the owners learned the art of winemaking. The French inspiration is reflected in their philosophy of focusing on quality over quantity.
The vineyard follows natural methods – all vineyard work and harvesting are done by hand. Some of the wines mature in French oak barrels, which adds elegance and subtlety to their character. Visitors are welcome to taste the wines on-site and learn more about the production process.
HISTORY OF Winnica Michel
The history of Michel Vineyard is rooted in the owners’ long-standing passion for wine culture. Regular trips to France, particularly Bordeaux and Margaux, provided knowledge and experience that became the foundation for the vineyard project in Subcarpathia.
From the very beginning, the aim was to create a Polish vineyard inspired by French tradition, yet firmly grounded in the local landscape. The initial plantings and winemaking processes were carried out with great attention to detail and respect for nature. Today, Michel Vineyard continues to grow, building its brand on passion, expertise, and a deep respect for wine.
