Winnica Aris
Winnica Aris is situated on a picturesque sandy-clay hill in Osiecznica, near Krosno Odrzańskie, in the Lubusz Voivodeship. Owned by Robert Stawski and Maciej Stępień, the vineyard spans 10.5 hectares, cultivating both white and red grape varieties. White varieties include Solaris, Muscaris, Riesling, Chardonnay, Johanniter, Bianca, Pinot Gris, and Souvignier Gris, while red varieties are Pinot Noir and Saint Laurent. The wines from Winnica Aris are renowned for their high quality and diverse styles, encompassing white, sparkling, still, and red wines.
HISTORY OF Winnica Aris
The idea for establishing Winnica Aris emerged in 2016 when Robert Stawski and his wife, while watching a film and enjoying wine, decided to pursue their dream of owning a vineyard. In 2018, together with Maciej Stępień, they planted the first vines over more than 5 hectares, including varieties such as Solaris, Muscaris, Riesling, Chardonnay, Johanniter, Bianca, and Pinot Noir In the spring of 2022, the vineyard expanded by an additional 5 hectares, introducing new varieties like Pinot Gris, Souvignier Gris, and Saint Laurent. In homage to tradition, a parcel was designated for clones originating from historic vineyards in Zielona Góra. The first vintage was released in March 2021, and since then, the vineyard has gained recognition in national and international wine competitions.
