Winnica Marcinowice

Winnica Marcinowice is a family-owned vineyard located in Marcinowice, near Krosno Odrzańskie, on picturesque slopes above the Oder River, offering stunning views of the river. Covering an area of 2 hectares, only noble Vitis vinifera grape varieties are cultivated: Riesling, Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Blanc. The wines from this vineyard are characterized by high quality and unique terroir, which has been recognized in numerous wine competitions. The vineyard also offers enotourism activities, including tastings, vineyard tours, and lectures on wine production and the history of winemaking in the region.

HISTORY OF Winnica Marcinowice

Winnica Marcinowice was established in 2016 by Agnieszka and Grzegorz Runowski, who aimed to revive the winemaking traditions of the region, dating back to the 12th century. After thorough searches for the ideal location, they chose the steep slopes above the Oder River in Marcinowice, where Rieslings grew before the war. From the beginning, they focused on cultivating grapevines in harmony with nature and producing wines of the highest quality. Their wines have won numerous awards in competitions such as Polskie Korki, Enoexpo, and the Wine Harvest Competition in Zielona Góra, reflecting their commitment and passion for winemaking.
