Winnica Od Nowa
Winnica Od Nowa is located in Bytnica, Lubusz Voivodeship. It covers an area of 1 hectare, cultivating grape varieties: Riesling and Pinot Blanc. Sparkling wines are produced using the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle. The selection includes various sparkling wines, such as Cuvee 2021 Brut, Riesling 2021 Brut, and Cuvee 2022 Brut. The wines have received accolades in national competitions, including the Grand Prix at the 12th National Wine Competition in Zielona Góra in 2022.
HISTORY OF Winnica Od Nowa
The vineyard was established in 2012 by Maria and Tadeusz Olejarz. The initial plantings included Riesling and Pinot Blanc varieties. In 2017, the vineyard was registered as a wine producer. From the beginning, the owners have emphasized manual vine care and ecological plant protection. Their mentor in sparkling wine production is Guillaume Dubois, whose experience gained in Champagne supports the vineyard's development.
