Polish wines appreciated again by Jamie Goode!

We are pleased to note that Polish wines are attracting the attention of international experts. We recently wrote that Jamie Goode rated a Polish wine from the Turnau Winery. Now we have another reason to be proud, as a few days ago the Wine Anorak blog published an extensive review on a number of Polish wines, presented by Adam Michocki at the Cool Climate Wine Summit in Copenhagen.

Exceptional review on the Wine Anorak blog

In his article, Jamie Goode not only analyses the quality of the wines, but also talks about the dynamic development of Polish winemaking. As he points out, Polish wineries, although relatively young, are increasingly boldly making their presence felt on the European wine scene. The review considers the different production styles and innovative approaches of Polish winemakers.

Wines reviewed by Jamie Goode

The review included wines from the following wineries (in alphabetical order):

Each of these vineyards showed that Polish terroir and the skills of the winemakers have the potential to create wines that stand out on the international market.

Ratings: impressive results

We will not disclose the ratings of individual Polish wines, instead we encourage you to read the source text, as the ratings of Polish wines in the review ranged from 88 to 95 points, indicating their high quality. This proves that Poland has great potential in the production of premium wines. You can read the full review here: Wine Anorak – Polish Wine: A Study.

Congratulations to the Polish winemakers!

We do not hide our joy at the successes of Polish winemaking. The fact that Jamie Goode has once again drawn attention to our country is a huge accolade. It is worth recalling that his earlier review of 3 January included a positive opinion of the Riesling from the Turnau Winery. You can read more about it here: Jamie Goode reviews Riesling from Turnau Winery.

Polish wine joy

We are delighted that Polish wines are gaining recognition and arousing the curiosity of international experts. This motivates us to continue working and supporting local winemakers. We are looking forward to more reviews and hope that Polish wines will increasingly find their way to the tables of international connoisseurs!
