Winnica Dom Jantoń
Dom Jantoń Vineyard is a private estate located in Wymysłów Francuski, in the heart of Poland, on the Łaska Upland. Surrounded by approximately 6 hectares of vineyards, it specializes in producing premium-class wines, including sparkling, still, and naturally sweet late-harvest wines. The sparkling wines are crafted using the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in bottles. Cultivated grape varieties include Chardonnay, Seyval Blanc, and Rondo. The vineyard offers its products in selected wine shops and restaurants.
HISTORY OF Winnica Dom Jantoń
The history of Dom Jantoń Vineyard dates back to the 1980s when the Jantoń family began their involvement in the wine industry. In 2013, Jacek Jantoń established the vineyard in Wymysłów Francuski, initially as a hobby, producing wines for family and friends. His passion for winemaking was passed on to his daughter, Beata Jantoń, who completed oenology studies in France and graduated from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Paris. Currently, Beata leads the vineyard, combining tradition with modern technologies, which allows for the creation of high-quality Polish sparkling wines.
