Winnica Sztolcman
Winnica Sztolcman is a family-owned vineyard located in Szafarnia, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, adjacent to the Brodnica Landscape Park. Currently, it covers an area of 1.5 hectares, with approximately 6,500 grapevines. The vineyard cultivates both white varieties, such as Solaris, Muscaris, Hibernal, Seyval Blanc, Chardonnay, Johanniter, and Bianca, as well as red ones: Regent, Cabernet Cortis, and Leon Millot. The vineyard specializes in producing dry wines: white, rosé, red, and sparkling. All vineyard work, including grape harvesting, is done by hand, ensuring high-quality fruit. Wines are produced using traditional methods, with minimal intervention, resulting in low-intervention and vegan products. The vineyard offers tours and wine tastings by prior arrangement.
HISTORY OF Winnica Sztolcman
The inspiration to establish Winnica Sztolcman came from a holiday spent in Tuscany, which ignited a passion for winemaking. After two years of searching for the right location, in 2017, Ania and Łukasz Sztolcman founded the vineyard in Szafarnia. Initially, they planted 3,500 grapevines, and in 2020, they added another 3,000.
