Dolina Drwęcy Vineyard is located in the picturesque village of Jajkowo, on the Brodnica Lake District, near the Drwęca River. It is a family project where wine tourism blends with the passion for creating unique wines. The owners emphasize the role of the local climate and landscape in shaping the character of their products.
The vineyard is spread across three small hills, locally referred to as “górki”. This terrain offers excellent conditions for vine cultivation and gives the wines their distinctive style. Visitors are invited to experience wine tastings, sommelier training sessions, and events that provide deeper insight into the art of winemaking.
HISTORY OF Winnica Dolina Drwęcy
The history of Dolina Drwęcy Vineyard began in 2020, when its founders – previously working in gastronomy and as sommeliers – decided to make their dream of producing their own wine a reality. The first plantings covered around 4,800 vines, carefully chosen to adapt to the region’s cooler climate.
From the very beginning, the vineyard aimed to combine winemaking craftsmanship with hospitality and education. Over time, Dolina Drwęcy has expanded its activities, adding tastings, gift packages, and training programs for hotels and restaurants, strengthening its position on the map of Polish wine tourism.
