The Lower Silesian Beer and Wine Trail is a route connecting local craft breweries and vineyards, officially established in 2018 as an initiative of the Stowarzyszenie Winnice Dolnośląskie (Lower Silesian Vineyards Association) and the Dolnośląskie Stowarzyszenie Browarów Rzemieślniczych (Lower Silesian Craft Breweries Association), supported by the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.

Winnica Niemczańska is a picturesque vineyard located on the southern slopes of one of the Strzelin-Niemcza Hills, along the banks of the Ślęza River. It covers an area of 5 hectares, cultivating both classic Vitis vinifera varieties such as Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Palava, as well as modern PIWI varieties, including Solaris, Cabernet Blanc, Muscaris, and Cabernet Cortis. The wines from Winnica Niemczańska are distinguished by their unique taste and aroma, attributed to the rich loess soil of Lower Silesia. The vineyard offers tours and wine tastings by prior arrangement, and its products are available in local restaurants, such as Dobry Rocznik at Hotel Niemcza Wino & SPA and Sowia Dolina Drink&Eat&Sleep.
HISTORY OF Winnica Niemczańska
Winnica Niemczańska was established in 2017 by five friends united by their passion for wine and nature. The initial vine plantings took place that same year, and by 2018, the first modest harvest yielded the inaugural wine. The vineyard is situated on a southern slope overlooking the historic panorama of Niemcza and the Tatar Valley. The area is rich in tourist attractions, such as the Silesian Gingerbread House and the Wojsławice Arboretum, making it an appealing destination for enotourists.
