The Lower Silesian Beer and Wine Trail is a route connecting local craft breweries and vineyards, officially established in 2018 as an initiative of the Stowarzyszenie Winnice Dolnośląskie (Lower Silesian Vineyards Association) and the Dolnośląskie Stowarzyszenie Browarów Rzemieślniczych (Lower Silesian Craft Breweries Association), supported by the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
Winnica Ramut
Ramut Vineyard is located in the village of Świątniki, Sobótka commune, in the Silesian Foothills region. It is situated at the foot of Mount Ślęża, surrounded by a cherry orchard, meadows, and forests. Grape varieties cultivated include Solaris, Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Regent, Dornfelder, Cabernet Dorsa, and Pinot Noir.
The vineyard offers white, red, and rosé wines, including Solaris, Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Regent Rosé, Pinot Noir Rosé, and Cuvée Rosé. Additionally, the vineyard provides two camper spots, a grill area, and hammocks for relaxation.
HISTORY OF Winnica Ramut
Ramut Vineyard was established in 2017 by the Ramut family. Initial plantings included grape varieties such as Solaris, Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Regent, Dornfelder, Cabernet Dorsa, and Pinot Noir.
The vineyard is managed by two brothers and their wives, under the watchful eye of their father. In 2021, rosé wines were introduced to the offer: Pinot Noir Rosé and Regent Rosé.
