The Lower Silesian Beer and Wine Trail is a route connecting local craft breweries and vineyards, officially established in 2018 as an initiative of the Stowarzyszenie Winnice Dolnośląskie (Lower Silesian Vineyards Association) and the Dolnośląskie Stowarzyszenie Browarów Rzemieślniczych (Lower Silesian Craft Breweries Association), supported by the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.

Winnica Wino spod Ślęży is located in Michałowice, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, on the slopes of Mount Ślęża, within the Ślęża Landscape Park. The vineyard covers 2 hectares. Grape varieties cultivated include Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Merlot, Solaris, Dornfelder, Johanniter, Pinot Noir, Seyval Blanc, and Souvignier Gris. Wines are produced on-site, including white, red, rosé, orange, and fruit wines, such as blackcurrant and wild rose. The vineyard offers tastings and tours by prior arrangement.
HISTORY OF Winnica Wino spod Ślęży
Winnica Wino spod Ślęży was established in 2015 by Jadwiga and Piotr, after purchasing the first hectare of land in 2013. The initial plantings included the Gewürztraminer variety, imported from Alsace. In subsequent years, varieties such as Riesling, Merlot, and Solaris were introduced. The vineyard gradually expanded its offerings to include fruit wines, such as blackcurrant and wild rose. Currently, the vineyard covers 2 hectares.
