HISTORY OF Winnica Novi
Winnica Novi was established in 2018 on the grounds of a former farm adjacent to the 19th-century Cianowice Palace. The palace, designed by Teodor Talowski, was restored after being acquired by the Adamowicz family in 2012. The vineyard is situated at an elevation of 410 meters above sea level, on calcareous soils characteristic of the southern edge of the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. Since 2020, the palace cellars have been open to visitors, hosting tastings and historical presentations.
