The Lower Silesian Beer and Wine Trail is a route connecting local craft breweries and vineyards, officially established in 2018 as an initiative of the Stowarzyszenie Winnice Dolnośląskie (Lower Silesian Vineyards Association) and the Dolnośląskie Stowarzyszenie Browarów Rzemieślniczych (Lower Silesian Craft Breweries Association), supported by the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.

Winnica Zimna Woda is located in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, near Lubin. The vineyard covers 1.4 hectares and cultivates approximately 5,500 grapevines. Grape varieties include Cabernet Cortis, Regent, Rondo, Leon Millot, Marechal Foch, Marquette, Hibernal, Souvignier Gris, Johanniter, Muscaris, Seyval Blanc, Solaris, Jutrzenka, and Bianca. The vineyard offers wine tastings, tours, and on-site wine sales. There are plans to expand the infrastructure to include accommodation facilities.
HISTORY OF Winnica Zimna Woda
Winnica Zimna Woda was established in 2017 by Piotr Mikuła, who in the same year completed a winemaking course at the Podkarpacka Wine Academy in Jasło. Since its inception, the vineyard has conducted manual harvesting and selection of grapes, employing traditional wine production methods. The initial plantings included a variety of grape types, allowing for the creation of diverse blends. The offerings also include sparkling wines produced using the traditional method. Currently, there are plans to plant an additional 2,000 vines and to expand the infrastructure to include accommodation facilities.
