Winnica Żak
The Żak vineyard is a family-owned, organic vineyard located in the village of Laszki, in the southern part of the Tarnogród Plateau in the Podkarpacie region. Situated on a southern slope, it benefits from unique climatic conditions conducive to vine cultivation. The vineyard currently covers an area of one hectare, where both white and red grape varieties are grown. Among the white varietals are Solaris, Seyval Blanc and Muscaris, while the reds are represented by Regent, Zweigelt, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Cortis, Sirame, Allegro, Bolero and Leon Millot. The wines produced at Żak Vineyard are characterised by their essentiality, fresh fruit flavours and ageing potential. All the grapes are hand-selected and the production process is natural, emphasising the organic nature of the winery.
HISTORY OF Winnica Żak
Żak Winery was founded in 2019 by Adam Kisielewicz, who was passionate about the idea of creating wines in harmony with nature. Since its inception, the winery has focused on producing organic and vegan wines, which sets it apart from other producers in the region. Wines from Winnica Żak are winning recognition among wine lovers, and the winery regularly organises tastings and educational workshops, promoting wine culture in the Podkarpacie region.
