Winnica Pusz
Pusz Vineyard is located in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship, near Przemyśl. The vineyard cultivates grapes on 1.4 hectares in the village of Batycze. It is situated at an elevation of 240 meters above sea level, on loess soils, on slopes with inclinations of 12% (southeast) and 29% (southwest). Grape varieties grown include Solaris, Muscaris, Hibernal, Regent, and Cabernet Cortis. Production includes red, white, and rosé wines. Wines are available for purchase on-site. The vineyard offers tastings and tours by prior arrangement. Additional attractions in the area include cycling trips, historical sites, and the possibility of organizing picnics. The facility is pet-friendly.
HISTORY OF Winnica Pusz
In 2018, Henryk Pusz established the vineyard in the village of Orzechowce, in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship. Grape cultivation is carried out in the neighboring village of Batycze, covering an area of 1.4 hectares. The vineyard is situated at an elevation of 240 meters above sea level, on loess soils, on slopes with inclinations of 12% (southeast) and 29% (southwest). In 2022, the vineyard's dry red wine won a bronze medal at the second edition of the Polish Wine Competition WINOPL in Poznań.
