Winnica Senator
Winnica Senator is a family-run venture located in Niedoradz, near Zielona Góra. It specializes in producing natural wines, blending tradition with modernity. The offerings include a variety of wines, such as Pet-Nat sparkling wines like Gagat and Roter, as well as still wines like Diament, Karneol, and Labradoryt. The vineyard organizes tastings tailored to individual client needs, providing an opportunity to explore the flavors of Polish wines and expand knowledge about viticulture and winemaking.
HISTORY OF Winnica Senator
The vineyard was established in 2006 by Agnieszka and Marek Senator as an experimental collection of approximately one thousand vines encompassing one hundred varieties of table and wine grapes for still and sparkling wines. After thorough analysis, grape varieties best suited to the Polish climate were selected and planted in 2014 at the Samorządowa Vineyard in Zabór. In Niedoradz, there is also a liqueur production facility creating regional spirits and an original ceramics gallery "Glina dla wina" ("Clay for wine").
