Winnica Miłosz is located in the village of Łaz, 15 km east of Zielona Góra, within the Wał Zielonogórski region. The vineyard spans 5.5 hectares. Grape varieties cultivated include pinot noir, pinot blanc, traminer, zweigelt, devin, alibernet, and solaris. The vineyard holds an organic farming certificate and produces biological, vegan, and biodynamic wines. The offerings include sparkling wines (e.g., Grempler Sekt), still wines, orange wines, and the pandemic wine series. The vineyard utilizes a historic wine cellar from 1786, built by Jeremiasz Seydel.
HISTORY OF Winnica Miłosz
Winnica Miłosz was established in 2004 by Krzysztof Fedorowicz. Previously, the area was occupied by a cherry orchard. The vineyard continues the winemaking traditions of the region dating back to the 12th century. The owner is the author of novels related to the history of winemaking, such as "Grünberg" and "Zaświaty". The vineyard utilizes a historic wine cellar from 1786.
