Bachusowe Pole Vineyard is a family-owned vineyard located in Zabór, in the Lubusz Voivodeship, situated on a hill between Łaz and Zabór, forming part of the Samorządowa Vineyard. It covers an area of 2 hectares. The vineyard specializes in producing wines from varieties such as Zweigeltrebe, Blauer Portugieser, Muscat Moravský, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Solaris. Wines from Bachusowe Pole have won awards and are appreciated by sommeliers. The vineyard offers a homely and pleasant atmosphere, where visitors can enjoy regional cheeses, cold cuts, and other dishes prepared by the hosts during tastings.
HISTORY OF Winnica Bachusowe Pole
Bachusowe Pole Vineyard was founded in 1993 by Renata, Tatiana, and Mirosław Stępień, who wished for the wine festival to last all year round at their place. The vineyard's name pays homage to the culture and history of wine's origins, rooted in mythological accounts. The owners value the grapevine as a utilitarian plant, known to humanity since Neolithic times, appreciated for the quality of wines produced from it and its various other uses. Experiences gathered from numerous travels and the hard work invested in crafting their own wine have led to recognition among customers and sommeliers.
