The Lower Silesian Beer and Wine Trail is a route connecting local craft breweries and vineyards, officially established in 2018 as an initiative of the Stowarzyszenie Winnice Dolnośląskie (Lower Silesian Vineyards Association) and the Dolnośląskie Stowarzyszenie Browarów Rzemieślniczych (Lower Silesian Craft Breweries Association), supported by the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
Winnica Alvarium
Alvarium Vineyard is located in the village of Ostaszów, Przemków commune, within the Przemków Landscape Park. The cultivation area covers 0.35 hectares. Grape varieties grown include Solaris, Johanniter, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Regent, and Rondo.
The vineyard offers wine tastings, vineyard and apiary tours, and workshops on vineyard work and fruit processing. On-site, there are also facilities for pitching tents or parking caravans.
HISTORY OF Winnica Alvarium
Alvarium Vineyard was established in 2012 by the Biniarz family. The initial planting included approximately 300 grapevines. Over time, the vineyard expanded to cover 0.35 hectares.
