Saint Vincent Vineyard is located in Borów Wielki, Nowe Miasteczko municipality, Lubusz Voivodeship. It covers an area of 14.5 hectares, cultivating grape varieties such as Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat Ottonel, Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay, Auxerrois, Pinot Noir, Rondo, and Regent. The vineyard employs biodynamic methods, avoiding chemical sprays and fertilizers in favor of natural preparations. Wines are produced with minimal intervention, utilizing techniques like the traditional method and pétillant naturel. The vineyard offers tastings, tours, and wine sales both on-site and online.
HISTORY OF Winnica Saint Vincent
Saint Vincent Vineyard was established in 2009 by Jean Mulot, a Frenchman from Normandy. The vineyard is part of the Agronomik Polska agricultural enterprise. The initial plantings included varieties imported from Alsace, adapted to local climatic and soil conditions. In 2013, the vineyard received the Winemaker of the Year award for Renata Wiśniewska and a silver medal for Riesling 2012 at the 4th National Wine Competition. In subsequent years, the vineyard's wines have been repeatedly awarded at national and international competitions.
