HISTORY OF Winnica Kresy
Winnica Kresy was established in 2007 by Robert Zięba as a small home vineyard. Initially, Vitis vinifera varieties were planted, but due to challenging climatic conditions, they were replaced with more resilient varieties. In 2013, the vineyard joined the Małopolski Szlak Winny (Małopolska Wine Route). In 2015, new plantings were made on 1.3 hectares, and a winery and tasting room were constructed. In 2019, the first long-macerated, unsulfured red wines were produced. In 2021, the vineyard hosted its first wedding reception.
