The offerings include dry wines, including macerated ones, based on the Solaris variety. The vineyard offers on-site retail sales and shipping. HISTORY OF Winnica Jania
In 2013, Alicja and Mateusz Jania began cultivating grapevines in their home garden in Krzyżowice. In 2019, they established Jania Vineyard, expanding cultivation to approximately 2 hectares. Mateusz Jania completed studies in winemaking technology at the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław in 2017. The vineyard hosts annual harvests, workshops, and tastings, promoting the region's winemaking traditions.
