I Opole Fair “Opole with Taste”

The 1st Opole Fair, ‘Opolskie ze smakiem’, is organised by the ‘Opolskie ze smakiem’ initiative. We warmly invite you to the first edition of the fair, where you will have the chance to meet local producers, sample regional products and discover Opole’s craftspeople. The event will take place on 8 November 2026 (Sunday) from 10.00 to 18.00 at the Opole Exhibition and Congress Centre, 158 Wrocławska Street.

The programme includes, amongst other things, stalls run by local producers and Rural Housewives’ Clubs, cookery demonstrations, panel discussions, craft workshops, and activities for children and adults. Admission to the fair is free. Among the panellists will be a representative from Jania Winery, whilst exhibitors will include Dom Charbielin Winery. The detailed schedule for the event is as follows:

• 10:00 – Gates open to visitors and the exhibition and sales area (meat, cold cuts, fish, dairy products, cheeses, bread, sweets, honey, preserves, drinks).
• 13:00–13:15 – Official opening of the fair.
• 13:15–14:00 – Official induction of new members of “Opolskie ze smakiem”.
• 14:00–15:00 – Cooking demonstration.
• 15:00–15:45 – Panel discussion.
