Winnice Vogard

Vogard Vineyards, also known as Domaine Vogard, are located on the highest hills of Stary Czarnów, in the southern part of the Bukowy Forest, about 25 minutes' drive from central Szczecin. They cover an area of 6.7 hectares and are situated on terminal moraine land. The specific soil in this area, where minerals and shells deposited by tectonic movements occur beneath the vine roots, influences the character of the terroir, giving the wines a broad spectrum of subtle, mineral flavors.

Vogard Vineyards grow their vines in a natural manner, awaiting the formalization of organic vineyard status. The guest offering includes wine sales, tastings, and pairings, organized for groups of up to 10 people or larger teams. Cultural and special-occasion events are also held at the vineyard. A camper parking is currently being built in Stary Czarnów, while accommodation in the form of holiday cabins is not yet available.

Visits to Vogard Vineyards require a prior appointment. The project is open-ended and focuses on bringing elements of art, craftsmanship, and nature into everyday life, going beyond wine production alone. The vineyards emphasize the integration of the tasting experience with the surrounding environment, treating the process of making wine as an art form.

HISTORY OF Winnice Vogard

The history of Vogard Vineyards began in 2024, when Vincent Vogard, an artist with many interests, founded a new winemaking tradition. The project is carried out with the support of his friend Ewa and his son Bartłomiej, as well as a circle of close friends. The founder treats the process of coupage, that is, the blending of different grape varieties, analogously to painting a landscape, in which each season adds new colors and shades.

Vogard Vineyards were born out of a combination of passion for nature, art, and craftsmanship. As an artist, Vincent Vogard approached winemaking from a creative perspective, treating wine not just as a product but as a carrier of aesthetics and flavor. The project aims to integrate a healthy lifestyle with elements of culture and art, which sets it apart from typical, purely commercial winemaking ventures.

Although the vineyard is young, its founder emphasizes that this is the beginning of a new tradition that is set to develop with each successive season. Vogard Vineyards focus on the long-term building of an identity based on the local terroir and the creator's artistic vision, making them a distinctive point on the map of enotourism in the Szczecin region.
