Winnica Skarb Templariuszy
Manufaktura Skarb Templariuszy is a craft project located in Sobieradz, near Gryfino, run by Tomasz Osak in cooperation with the Komandoria Association. The project produces wines, meads, and cider. Fruits used for winemaking ripen in Rajkowo, while production takes place in Sobieradz. The vineyard operates over a small area and offers tastings and sales of its beverages.
HISTORY OF Winnica Skarb Templariuszy
Manufaktura Skarb Templariuszy was founded in 2015. From its inception, the vineyard has cultivated several grape varieties, including Johaniter, Muscaris, Regent, and Solaris, selected for suitability to the local climate and soil.
The founder, Tomasz Osak, is also the originator of the Komandoria Association and has a keen interest in regional history. There is a plan to relocate both vineyard and production facilities toward Szczecin. In addition to wine and other beverages, the project offers wine tourism services: visitors can tour, taste, and stay overnight.
