The Trzebnica Wine Trail is one of the newest and most promising wine tourism initiatives in Poland, combining a winemaking tradition dating back to the Middle Ages with modern approaches to promoting oenotourism. Winnica Spokojna
Spokojna Vineyard is a small, boutique vineyard located in Boleścin in the Trzebnica Hills. It has an area of 0.5 hectares and cultivation focuses on natural methods that emphasise the local terroir.
The owners aim to produce harmonious and aromatic wines that reflect the unique climatic conditions of the region. The winery relies on careful varietal selection and a refined winemaking process to produce wines of distinctive flavour and high quality.
HISTORY OF Winnica Spokojna
The vineyard was established in 2011 out of a passion for wine and farming. Initially covering just 10 acres, its location was carefully chosen after a long search for a suitable hillside.
The first years of operation were spent experimenting with grape varieties and learning the winemaking process. In 2021, after a decade of gaining experience, the vineyard was enlarged and wine production started on a larger scale.
Thanks to the many years of work and consistency of the owners, Winnica Spokojna has developed its own style of wines that emphasise the character of the Trzebnickie Hills, becoming part of the developing scene of Polish winemaking.
