Winnica L'Opera
Winnica L'Opera is located in Trzebnica, Lower Silesia, approximately 2 km from the city center, at an altitude of around 240 meters above sea level, with a southeastern exposure. The vineyard covers 2 hectares and cultivates varieties such as Merlot, Chardonnay, Bronner, Cabernet Cortis, Cabernet Cantor, Baron, Solaris, Helios, and Solira. Wines are produced using traditional methods, with attention to quality and precision. Bottles are sourced from the Italian glassworks Vetreria Etrusca, and DIAM corks ensure the high quality of the final product.
HISTORY OF Winnica L'Opera
Winnica L'Opera was established in 2014 by Irmina Szpak and her Italian partners, specialists in oenology and agronomy. Prior to founding the vineyard, studies were conducted across various regions of Poland, revealing that the Trzebnica Hills area was the most favorable for viticulture in terms of location and climatic conditions. The first harvest took place in 2017, yielding approximately 4,500 bottles. In 2017, an additional hectare of vines was planted, with full production from the 2 hectares planned for 2020.
