Winnica Nobilis
Winnica Nobilis is a family-run vineyard located in Faliszowice, 13 km from Sandomierz, situated on loess soil, which contributes to the minerality of the wines produced. Currently, the vineyard covers an area of 0.7 hectares and specializes in producing white, rosé, and red wines. Cultivated grape varieties include Solaris, Muscat, Seyval Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Regent, Rondo, Zweigelt, and Cabernet Cortis. Wines from Winnica Nobilis have been awarded in professional wine competitions both domestically and internationally. Owners Magdalena and Grzegorz Kapłan personally oversee all stages of production, ensuring attention to detail to meet the expectations of discerning customers. The vineyard offers tours and tastings for individuals and groups, promoting enotourism in the region.
HISTORY OF Winnica Nobilis
The history of Winnica Nobilis dates back to 2000, when a vineyard was established within the family orchard, initially intended to provide the family with healthy fruits. In 2001, 70 vines of various varieties were planted, and the plantation was systematically expanded. Between 2004 and 2005, wines from Winnica Nobilis received their first accolades, such as the first prize in the "Nasze kulinarne dziedzictwo" competition and a diploma for the best regional food product in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. In 2015, the vineyard was registered with KOWR, officially commencing professional operations. Since then, wines from Winnica Nobilis have gained recognition from experts in Polish and international wine competitions, with products like Mr Helidor and Roselit Diva becoming the vineyard's flagship offerings.
