Winnica Na Rozdrożu
Winnica na Rozdrożu is a family vineyard located a few kilometers from Sandomierz in the Sandomierz Upland. The vineyard covers approximately 1.1 hectares, situated on a south-facing slope with views over the Sandomierz Valley. The location is chosen to maximize sun exposure and leverage the regional climate.
The site includes amenities for wine tourists: tastings for individuals and groups, green spaces and a building for relaxation, a fire-pit area, and space accommodating caravans or campers. It is part of the Sandomierz Wine Trail.
HISTORY OF Winnica Na Rozdrożu
Winnica na Rozdrożu was founded by Patrycja and Piotr Chmura. The first vines were planted in 2013. The vineyard cultivates around 13 grape varieties, selected for their adaptation to local conditions. There are about 4,500 vine plants in total.
The vineyard’s name comes from its location at a crossroads between three villages: Andruszkowice, Złota, and Milczany. From 2018 the vineyard has offered wine tourism infrastructure: tasting area, building for guests, green grounds.
