Winnica Jaworowo

Jaworowo Vineyard is a family-run winery located in the village of Jaworowo, Słupca County, in the Greater Poland Voivodeship. Founded by Beata and Arkadiusz Bilicki, the vineyard spans approximately 3 hectares, cultivating both white and red grape varieties. The white varieties include Solaris, Seyval Blanc, Chardonnay, Traminer, and Riesling, while the red varieties comprise Pinot Noir, Regent, Cabernet Cortis, and Monarch. Wines produced at Jaworowo Vineyard are crafted naturally, without the addition of sulfur or other chemicals, making them both organic and vegan-friendly. The owners emphasize harmony with nature, employing organic cultivation methods and hand-harvesting the grapes. The vineyard also offers tours and on-site wine tastings.

HISTORY OF Winnica Jaworowo

The history of Jaworowo Vineyard dates back to 2016, when Beata and Arkadiusz Bilicki decided to fulfill their dream of owning a vineyard. They chose Jaworowo for its favorable microclimate and picturesque landscape. The initial grapevine plantings took place in 2017 on a 1-hectare plot. The following year, the vineyard expanded by an additional 0.5 hectares, and in 2020, it grew by another 1.5 hectares, reaching its current size of approximately 3 hectares. In 2019, the vineyard introduced its first commercial wine to the market. Since then, Jaworowo Vineyard has been developing its operations, promoting wine culture in the region, and engaging in enotourism.
