Winnica nad Cybiną
Nad Cybiną Vineyard is a family vineyard near Swarzędz in the Greater Poland region. It combines wine production with a vine nursery activity. Although many grape varieties are grown, each variety has only a small number of vines, meaning wine is produced in small batches. They produce white, red and dessert wines. The location—close to the Cybina River and surrounded by greenery—creates a microclimate supportive of producing small-scale wine.
HISTORY OF Winnica nad Cybiną
The vineyard is owned by Bogumił Jankowski. It was founded in 1988.
Originally operating primarily as a vine nursery, the estate later developed wine production, though in limited volumes: yields per variety are small, often only enough for several to several dozen liters.
Varieties cultivated include Aurora, Bianca, Leon Millot, Marechal Foch, Muscat Odeski, and Seyval Blanc. Wine is available directly from the vineyard ("on site") and via shipping. The vineyard also offers tastings on the premises.
