Winnica Rubinowa
Rubinowa Vineyard is located in Ożarów Pierwszy, Opole Lubelskie commune, within the Małopolski Przełom Wisły region. The cultivation area covers 0.65 hectares, with grape varieties including Rondo, Regent, Maréchal Foch, Seyval Blanc, Hibernal, and Riesling. Additionally, 0.2 hectares under covers are dedicated to dessert varieties such as Skarb Panonii, Kodrianka, and Arkadia.
The vineyard offers tours and wine tastings. The selection includes white, red, and rosé wines produced from estate-grown grapes. Wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks or glass carboys.
HISTORY OF Winnica Rubinowa
Rubinowa Vineyard was established in 2014 by Anna and Sławomir Wach in Świebodzin, Pleśna commune, in the Biała River valley. Initially, several hundred grapevines were planted on a specially acquired plot. In subsequent years, the vineyard was gradually expanded, reaching approximately 1,600 vines. The first grape harvest took place in 2016.
