Winnica Pałac Mała Wieś
Pałac Mała Wieś Vineyard is located in the Masovian Voivodeship, in the village of Mała Wieś, Belsk Duży commune. It covers 22 hectares, making it the largest vineyard in the region. Both vitis vinifera varieties, such as Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris, and climate-resistant hybrids like Solaris, Muscaris, Johanniter, Hibernal, Roesler, Cabernet Cortis, Cantor, and Regent are cultivated here.
The first harvest took place in 2024, yielding 80 tons of grapes. Wines are produced on-site in a modern winery. The offer includes tastings led by sommeliers, vineyard walks, and wine courses.
Additional attractions include balloon flights over the vineyard and spa treatments using grape-based products.
HISTORY OF Winnica Pałac Mała Wieś
In 1786, Bazyli Walicki, advisor to King Stanisław August Poniatowski, built a neoclassical palace in Mała Wieś. From 1786 to 1945, the palace belonged to the Walicki, Zamoyski, Lubomirski, and Morawski families. After World War II, it was nationalized and became the summer residence of Polish prime ministers.
Between 2013 and 2016, the palace underwent renovation, transforming into a hotel facility with a restaurant and banquet hall. In 2023, a vineyard was established on the grounds adjacent to the palace.
