Winnica Las Stocki
Las Stocki Vineyard is located in the village of Las Stocki, within the Kazimierz Dolny municipality in the Lublin Voivodeship. Situated within the Kazimierz Landscape Park, it is near the towns of Kazimierz Dolny, Nałęczów, and Puławy. The vineyard covers an area of 1.2 hectares dedicated to grape cultivation. Grape varieties grown include those for white and red wines, such as Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Grüner Veltliner, Muscaris, Johanniter, Seyval Blanc, Solaris, Regent, Zweigelt, and Cabernet Cortis. The vineyard specializes in single-varietal wine production. The production process involves manual harvesting and sorting of grapes, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and aging of red wines in oak barrels for at least 12 months. The vineyard offers tastings for groups ranging from 10 to 50 people and sells wines both on-site and via shipping.
HISTORY OF Winnica Las Stocki
In 2007, Beata and Mariusz Grabka purchased a farm in the village of Las Stocki. In 2008, they planted the first 1,200 grapevines over an area of 0.25 hectares. The first harvest took place in 2011, and in 2012, the first wines were produced from the Regent and Aurora varieties. In 2013, the cultivation area was increased to 0.5 hectares, and the wine offerings expanded to include Solaris, Seyval Blanc, and Zweigelt varieties. Between 2017 and 2018, new varieties were planted: Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer, and Muscaris. By 2020, the vineyard was producing four white wines and three red wines. Currently, the cultivation area covers 1.2 hectares, and the vineyard grows nine grape varieties.
