Dzika Vineyard is a family-run winery located in Kręcko, Zbąszynek commune, within the Natura 2000 protected area. Surrounded by hills, meadows, and forests, it offers a true oasis of peace in the heart of the Lubusz region. The microclimate and natural conditions give the wines a unique character deeply rooted in their origin.
On a small plot of land, the owners cultivate vines with full respect for nature, emphasizing that wine is more than just a drink – it is a story of the land, nature, and time. The vineyard welcomes visitors for tastings and offers wine sales, creating a place where every sip reflects harmony with the surroundings.
HISTORY OF Winnica Dzika
The history of Dzika Vineyard began in 2020, when the Dzika family decided to pursue their dream of establishing their own winery. The name of the estate proudly derives from the family’s surname, highlighting its personal and family-oriented character. The first plantings covered 0.45 hectares, and every subsequent step – from choosing the location, through vineyard development, to refining the winemaking process – has been guided by consistency and passion. From the very beginning, the goal has been to create wines that not only express the local terroir but also serve as a testament to hard work and a love of nature.
