Pod Winną Górą Vineyard is located in the village of Cigacice, in the Lubusz Voivodeship. Grape cultivation is carried out on an area of 0.5 hectares. Cultivated varieties include Riesling, Johanniter, Solaris, Pinot Gris, Souvignier Gris, Regent, and Rondo. Production includes white and rosé wines in dry, semi-dry, sweet, and lightly sparkling versions. Wines are available for purchase on-site and through phone and email contact. The vineyard offers tastings, tours, educational events, and catering services. On-site amenities include a bonfire area, a children's playground, and a relaxation zone. A nearby river port offers cruises on the Oder River.
HISTORY OF Winnica Pod Winną Górą
Pod Winną Górą Vineyard was established in 2014 by Marzena and Tytus Fokszan in the village of Cigacice, in the Lubusz Voivodeship. The initial plantings included Riesling, Johanniter, Solaris, Regent, and Rondo varieties. In the 2020/2021 season, the vineyard was registered and began wine sales and enotourism activities. Wines from the vineyard have received numerous awards, including a gold medal at the National Wine Competition in Zielona Góra in 2021 and a silver medal at the GALICJA VITIS International Wine Competition in Kraków in 2023.
