Winnica Białe Skały
Białe Skały Vineyard is located in Zawiercie, on the southern slopes of the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland, at an elevation exceeding 400 meters above sea level. The vineyard covers 5 hectares. Grape varieties cultivated include Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Solaris, Johanniter, Muscaris, Regent, Cabernet Cortis, and Seyval Blanc. The vineyard is associated with Hotel Poziom 511, jointly offering enotourism and tastings.
HISTORY OF Winnica Białe Skały
Białe Skały Vineyard was established in 2019 by Andrzej Wuczyński, who planted the first grapevines at the age of 70. The vineyard was founded on the grounds of Hotel Poziom 511, with which it is associated. In 2023, construction began on a processing facility at the vineyard, designed for wine production and enotourism purposes.
