According to OIV data, Poland ranked 30th in the world for wine consumption in 2025. Compared with 2024, consumption fell by 15.1 million litres, or 11.9%.
Commercial Polish wine production increased from 0.04 million litres in 2010 to 2.14 million litres in 2025. White wines play the leading role in this growth.
