Winnica Złota Wieś
Złota Wieś Vineyard is located in the village of Złota, in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, within the Ponidzie region. The cultivation area covers 2 hectares, hosting approximately 8,000 grapevines. The cultivated varieties include Muscaris, Riesling, Hibernal, Cabernet Cortis, Solaris, Seyval Blanc, and Leon Millot. The vineyard is situated at an altitude of about 300 meters above sea level, on slopes with southern and southeastern exposure. The loess-limestone soils and the region's microclimate favor the production of both white and red wines. The vineyard offers tours, tastings, and organizes intimate gatherings. Wines are available on-site and through mail-order sales.
HISTORY OF Winnica Złota Wieś
The idea of establishing the vineyard emerged in 2015. In 2018, on a 0.96-hectare plot, the first grape varieties were planted: Muscaris, Riesling, Hibernal, and Cabernet Cortis. In 2019, additional varieties were introduced: Solaris, Seyval Blanc, and Leon Millot. The first wine was bottled in 2020. In 2021, the vineyard began selling its wines. In the same year, the Solaris wine won an award in the "Nasze Kulinarne Dziedzictwo – Smaki Regionów" competition.
