Winnica Zalipie
Zalipie Vineyard is located in the village of Łososkowice, within the Kocmyrzów-Luborzyca commune, approximately 18 km northeast of Kraków. It is situated on a gentle slope near the Wooden Architecture Route. The vineyard covers an area of 0.5 hectares. Grape varieties cultivated include Regent, Dornfelder, Maréchal Foch, Léon Millot, Solaris, Seyval Blanc, and Sibera. The vineyard offers tours, tastings, and accommodation in a summer cottage by prior arrangement. The owners operate the vineyard as a family-run business.
HISTORY OF Winnica Zalipie
Zalipie Vineyard was established in 2008 by Mariola Czarnkowska and Artur Kawalec. The inspiration for its creation came from the owners' long-standing travels to vineyards across Europe, during which they gained knowledge about viticulture and wine production. The vineyard has been operated as a family venture from the beginning. The owners offer tours, tastings, and accommodation in a summer cottage by prior arrangement.
