HISTORY OF Winnica Rupiówka
In 2017, Agnieszka and Wiktor Chrzanowski established Rupiówka Vineyard in the Rupiówka hamlet of Rzepiennik Marciszewski. The inspiration for founding the vineyard stemmed from Wiktor's prior experience documenting vineyards in Lesser Poland and his involvement in organizing the International Wine Festival TUCHOVINIFEST in Tuchów. After purchasing an old farmstead, they prepared the land and planted the first grapevines in the spring of 2017. The first wines were produced in 2020, with support from Wiktor Zagórski of the nearby Demeter Vineyard.
