Winnica Rosenfeld
Rosenfeld Vineyard is a small, boutique winery located on a windy hill in the Ponurzyce Mountains, approximately a 45-minute drive from central Warsaw. It specializes in cultivating noble grape varieties, such as Riesling and Pinot Noir. The wines are produced using the traditional method, involving bottle fermentation and aging on lees for 25 months. One of the vineyard's products is the sparkling wine Rosenfeld Brut Premiere Brut, which combines characteristics of both grape varieties.
HISTORY OF Winnica Rosenfeld
Rosenfeld Vineyard was established in 2009 by Michał Poddany. From the beginning, it focused on the quality and authenticity of its wines. The vineyard is situated on a windy hill, favorable for grape cultivation. Over the years, the vineyard has gained recognition for its products, including the sparkling wine Rosenfeld Brut Premiere Brut.
