Winnica Cassiopeia
(Previous name: Winnica Winne Konstelacje)
Cassiopeia Vineyard is a family-owned vineyard located in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, in the Bzie Górne district. The grapevines grow on a southeast-facing slope, on heavy, silty-clay soil, previously used for cultivating cereals, potatoes, and beets. The vineyard practices integrated ecological cultivation, employing traditional vine training methods, with manual harvesting and fruit selection. The winemaking process is carried out traditionally and naturally, with meticulous attention to detail. Cassiopeia Vineyard is a member of the Silesian Winemakers Association, supporting the development of local winemaking.
HISTORY OF Winnica Cassiopeia
The vineyard was established on May 15, 2010, by Krzysztof Niesłańczyk. Initially covering an area of 450 square meters, it was expanded to 600 square meters in the same year, with a total of 325 vines. The plantings include varieties such as Riesling, Cabernet Dorsa, Roter Traminer, and Regent.
