Wine Club 511: Autumn in the Glass and on the Plate

Białe Skały Winery together with Hotel Poziom 511 and Restauracja 511 invites guests to the next cycle of Wine Club 511 meetings. The event will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 17:00.
The meeting will be led by Katarzyna Korzeń, who passionately discusses wine and discovers non-obvious pairings in the glass and on the plate. Participants will have the opportunity to explore autumn from the perspective of flavors and aromas. The event program includes:
- tasting of wines that pair well with this time of year,
- serving snacks with pumpkin, mushrooms, root vegetables, and goose,
- discussion on culinary changes with the seasons and principles of pairing wine with seasonal products.
