Goose and Young Wine for St. Martin’s Day

We cordially invite you to Anna Winery for an extraordinary evening in atmospheric interiors to celebrate St. Martin’s Day together with traditional goose, young wine, and live music.
Program and Menu:
- Goose broth with koludy (dumplings)
- Braised goose breast in cider with potato pyza, shredded goose meat, buckwheat groats on mushroom puree, and beets with horseradish and mustard
- St. Martin’s croissant
- Cheese and cured meat board
- Young wine with dinner
