Winnica Przy Talerzyku
Winnica Przy Talerzyku is located in Topolno, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, within the Lower Vistula Valley Landscape Park, approximately 33 km north of Bydgoszcz. Situated on a southwest-facing slope near the 11th-century Talerzyk hillfort, the vineyard covers 0.8 hectares and cultivates around 2,000 grapevines of varieties such as Solaris, Bianca, Regent, Rondo, Marechal Foch, Seyval Blanc, and Siegerrebe. The vineyard offers tours, wine tastings, and event hosting in a 130 m2 conference room. There is also a gazebo overlooking the Lower Vistula Valley.
HISTORY OF Winnica Przy Talerzyku
Winnica Przy Talerzyku was established in 2010 by Wiesław Janasiński and his wife Anna. The first significant harvest occurred after four years. Since 2015, the vineyard has been producing dry and semi-dry white, rosé, and red wines. In 2020, they launched Poland's first e-learning School of Winemaking, offering online courses on vineyard establishment, grape cultivation, and wine production.
