HISTORY OF Winnica pod Dębem
Pod Dębem Vineyard was established in 1990 by Wacław Matłok. Initially, a few Aurora grapevines were cultivated. In search of winemaking traditions, the owner visited regions such as Zielona Góra and the Kłodzko Valley, eventually reaching Jasło, where he met Roman Myśliwiec. This meeting initiated the vineyard's development, planting of new grape varieties, and work on wines from these varieties. In 2004, the owner participated in the "Podkarpackie Vineyards" program. The vineyard's name originates from an oak tree growing at the top of the hill above the vineyard.
