Young Wine Festival 2026 – Tasting Dinner

Hotel “Pod Ciżemką” invites you to a unique evening full of flavors and aromas to celebrate the beginning of the Young Wine Festival. We have prepared a tasting dinner where you will try selected wines accompanied by dishes perfectly matched to them: amuse-bouche, 2 appetizers, main course, and dessert.
The event will be led by Wojciech Giebuta, a sommelier, wine journalist, and author of the book “Cuisine and Wine,” who will guide you through the wines of the Sandomierz region. The evening will be enlivened by live music. The number of places is limited, and reservations are required.
