Wine Tasting Evening with Dom Jantoń
Dom Jantoń Winery invites you to a unique tasting dinner organized together with Akademia Restaurant. This evening we will combine Polish products, domestic culinary tradition, and Polish winemaking.
On September 24 at 19:00, we invite you to Akademia Restaurant (Różana 2) for a six-course tasting menu. The menu is the result of cooperation between the Chefs of the Warsaw Restaurant Group, and each course will be accompanied by a wine from Dom Jantoń: Blanc de Blancs, Rosé, Seyval Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Late Harvest.
This will not be just a dinner with wine pairing. A representative of Dom Jantoń will talk about the served wines, their character and creation, as well as why specific labels were paired with specific dishes. The dinner at Akademia is part of a cycle of three meetings prepared together with Dom Jantoń. The remaining editions will take place at Ogrody Wieniawy and Restauracja U Wieniawy.
